Chronic kidney care is a diet, a dose tied to body weight, and a fear of dialysis that a single slogan will not settle.

Nephrology is the long department. A man does not arrive here for a weekend of discomfort and leave with the problem closed. The flank aches. Appetite thins. Food that used to be ordinary becomes a list of things to weigh, skip, or ask about. Energy drops in the afternoon and does not explain itself. Under the practical complaints sits a fear that men often do not say in the first visit: dialysis. When it starts. Whether anything honest can slow the walk toward it. Whether the life around the machine can still look like a life. Medrhans does not answer that fear with a borrowed kidney story. It keeps one medicine in this lane, and the page is written around that medicine and the diet it assumes.
The day this department is trying to protect is a careful one. Meals are measured. Protein, which in another decade of a man’s life was the point of a plate, becomes something the physician restricts. Thirst may be restricted too, especially at night, which is a hard rule to keep when the mouth is dry and the habit of a lifetime is a glass of water by the bed. Swelling, blood pressure, and the number of tablets already lined up for the prostate or the heart all sit in the same morning. None of that is solved by calling the problem “kidney weakness” and reaching for a general tonic. Chronic kidney disease is a diagnosis with a stage, a diet, and a physician. This note can say what the house publishes beside that care. It cannot stage the disease from a paragraph.
CKD KETO-DS is a film-coated tablet of double-strength alpha ketoanalogues. The pack is 10 tablets. The MRP is ₹705. It is nutritional support for a man whose protein has to be restricted, in the wasting and the progression of chronic kidney disease, on dialysis and before it. The house describes help in holding nutritional status on a low-protein diet, and a steadier nutritional balance for the person already on dialysis. The published dose is one tablet for every 10 kg of body weight, split into three doses through the day, taken with that low-protein diet. The physician sets the diet. The tablet does not replace it. A stockist who hears “keto” and thinks of a weight-loss fashion has misread the brand. The keto here is ketoanalogue, and the body it is written for is a body on a protein restriction, not a body on a trend.
The house also describes a possible delay of dialysis by 6 to 12 months. That figure is the house’s description of this brand. It is not a promise printed as a guarantee, and it does not travel onto any other Medrhans pack. A clinic that quotes the figure should quote it as Medrhans describes CKD KETO-DS, beside the diet the dose assumes. UGAXIS-P has its own numbers for flow and symptom scores. SILUTS-4 has its own report on symptom scores within a few days. LHRH 22.5 has its own PSA language. None of those sentences belong in a kidney conversation, and the 6 to 12 months does not belong on a prostate capsule. There is no second nephrology brand on this list, and there should not be a pretend one to make the department look busier.
Men in this department often already belong to another one. A prostate tablet and a kidney tablet can be true on the same day. They are not a pair because the cart allows two lines. SILUTS-4 is the silodosin strength the house ties to moderate renal impairment, and that wording stays on the SILUTS-4 page. It does not make every urology brand “the kidney-safe one,” and it does not make CKD KETO-DS a medicine for the stream. If the enquiry is a weak stream, the door is urology. If the enquiry is protein, nutrition, and the long kidney course, stay here.
Thirst is the other neighbour. SENSIMIST, in oral dryness, is the spray the house describes as suitable in chronic kidney disease and useful when fluids are restricted at night. Suitable does not mean it replaces ketoanalogues, and ketoanalogues are not a mouthwash. The spray is non-systemic in the house’s description. It lubricates the mouth. It does not feed the body the way a ketoanalogue tablet is written to, and the tablet does not wet the tongue. If both are needed, the order should name both, with the spray’s dose kept as two or three sprays at a time, three times a day, and the tablet’s dose kept as the body-weight schedule. Counting them as one “kidney kit” would undo the map.
General is the department still waiting for an everyday nutritional medicine. CKD KETO-DS is not that general tonic. It has a kidney indication, a body-weight dose, and a price. Offering it to a man who is merely tired, with no protein-restricted diet and no kidney diagnosis, would spend a specific medicine on a vague complaint. Ask for it by name when it is the one prescribed: CKD KETO-DS, packs of 10, the quantity you need. Know the diet. Know the tablet. Keep them together. The office answers from Plot No. 77, Road No. 03, Himapuri Colony, Mansoorabad, Hyderabad 500068, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, on +91 89856 59608 and at info@medrhans.com. The diagram in the photograph is only a picture. The care itself is the meals, the dose, and the physician who owns both.
