SILUTS-4 is the silodosin strength the house ties to moderate renal impairment. The composition is silodosin 4 mg. A stockist who treats 4 mg as “the smaller pack for milder men” has replaced the page with a guess. Mild is not the word the house used. Moderate renal impairment is.
