UGAXIS-P is the urology brand the house describes as first in India, and the composition explains why it cannot be filed as another alpha blocker. The vegetarian capsule brings Limosilactobacillus reuteri 1 billion CFU, beta-sitosterol 150 mg, lycopene 10 mg, boron proteonate 5 mg, tributyrin 100 mg, zinc gluconate 10 mg, selenium 100 mcg, and beta-glucan 50 mg. The lead calls this a probiotic, a postbiotic, beta-glucan, lycopene, and beta-sitosterol, and it describes microencapsulated technology with tributyrin to reduce prostate congestion. The pack is 3 × 10 N veg capsules. The dose is once daily. The MRP is ₹450. Every one of those lines is checkable. A shorter “prostate nutraceutical” blurb is not.

The house also describes a rise in Q-max of 3–4 ml/sec, an IPSS reduction of 4–6 points, and more stable PSA. This page repeats that description and does not convert it into an independent trial. The indications are BPH, LUTS, and prostatitis, support for urinary flow and LUTS, and support for PSA levels. “Support” is the house’s verb.
